Why Should You Support Us?

It is only through the steadfast support of public and private donations that the Gibson County Chapter is able to provide the programs and services that our community has come to depend upon. Every day, the American Red Cross is at work in the community - providing emergency relief to families affected by disaster, teaching life-saving safety courses - many services that you don't hear about on the evening news or in the daily paper, but services that make a difference in peoples' lives.  One of the best ways to help disaster victims and people in need in your community is through a financial donation.

Here are some of the ways your contribution can make a difference:

 $25 Donation can help provide:

A set of clothing for a family member who lost everything in a fire

 $50 Donation can help provide:

Hotel accommodations for a family of four left homeless by disaster

 $100 Donation can help provide:

Food or linens for a family of four left homeless by rising flood waters

 $500 Donation can help provide:

Food, clothing, temporary shelter and toiletries to help rebuild their lives.
